The room is located on the first floor in student residence De Mes. This is located a stone's throw from the center of Leuven, within walking distance of the train station and near the various campuses.
This luxurious room is equipped with every comfort and is fully furnished: it has a single bed, a perfectly finished bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and refrigerator.
There are 2 communal kitchens, furnished with high-quality materials, per floor. These include a vitro-ceramic hob, a combi oven microwave, dishwasher and a freezer.
There is also a common study area. In turn, the communal garden offers space for relaxation and sports.
The covered enclosed bike shed is easily accessible.
The provision for utilities is 45€/month. Common charges are 50€/month.
